Okay, so landlord is kicking us out late June because he’s selling the property, whatever, that’s when our lease is up anyway. As we were taking stock of the apartment, I noticed that our recliner couch in the living room has worn away some of the paint on the wall behind it. Apparently we never noticed it was rubbing. We’ve accepted that the REA is gunna take it out of our bond, but how much do you think they’ll sting us for it? It’s about the size of my palm
