Beginner in casino surveillance in a third world country, what skills should I actually learn to realistically build a ladder into decent foreign jobs and how do people really land them abroad?

I’m a beginner working in a small casino surveillance room in a third world country. No college degree. Just started a few months ago.

Right now I’m earning a low salary, but I’m trying to understand if this path actually has a realistic future or if I should start planning an exit early.

From what I understand, casino surveillance seems like a niche field, and I’m wondering how the international job market actually looks for this kind of work.

My main questions:

How realistic is it to actually land surveillance or security related jobs in places like Macau or Singapore casinos?

Is it actually a strong career path globally, or is it very limited and competitive at the entry level?

What does the real job pool look like abroad for people coming from countries like mine with no degree and only experience?
