Resident Arkansan (39/F) turning 40 in June. I had the idea to do a 2-3 day come-and-go celebration and wanted the days to be chill, relax, hang out by a nice pool, etc and then one night to be able to dress up fancy and get cocktails and a nice dinner somewhere. I want to invite several friends, some of whom are couples, and guests could come for however long they wanted to and be part of whatever part they wanted.

First I thought the Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs but all the reviews say it’s so run down; I feel like I’m exhausting my possibilities.

I’m open to hotels/resorts/Airbnbs but would like access to a nice pool and would prefer to be in walking distance to some nice places for drinks/dinner.

Please share any suggestions! TIA!
