I have not long got off chat support and changed my you2000 from £34.99 to the new cheaper price of £30, but now the internet has gone off and looking at the router page, it is showing a high usage on cpu and memory? What are they possibly doing?

Would this upgrade be worth it? I have a 55” s90c atm but looking at a 65” s95f for about £1800. Or best to hold off longer? Just to be clear I am still happy with my current tv.
