Struggling for over a year
Over a year ago I started having aching sharp pains in the left rib area. This also accompanied by very bad heart burn, indigestion, when I get really hungry it hurts worse. I have constant gas pains etc. I went to the ER and several doctors. I had CT scans, ultrasounds, bloodwork, x rays and even a stool test. Everything has always came back normal. They told me that it’s gastritis. I feel lost bc the symptoms have almost consumed my life and I’m not sure how to manage it. I take tums and stay away from a lot of foods that cause me to have heart burn. I have the biggest fear that it’s the Big C and they are brushing me off. Does this sound like gastritis? Any suggestions on how I can manage the gas pains or pains in the left rib area/upper abdomen? Thank you in advance.
