TL;DR : why would you add Sucrose as a 4th member with Nefer-Lauma-Columbina and how do you play hey

Hello fellow travellers !

I just got Lauma and I'm starting building her, though I have one question. Now that I have Nefer-Lauma-Columbina, I'm wondering who should I add as a fourth member to my team.

At first I thought Barbara could be an interesting choice for healing, though I saw lots of people on the internet with Sucrose as their fourth team member : so my question is why is Sucrose perhaps a better choice and how do you play her ? Because I didn't quite understand her gameplay ?

Also is my idea of using Barbara a bad one ? Or can I consider replacing Sucrose for a healer ?
