I’ve been suffering from severe OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) for a few years and I tried ERP but it’s too hard for me and I can’t control my thoughts at all I want to start taking meds like Zoloft sertraline but apparently I need to see a doctor or psychiatrist first and the problem is that my parents can’t find out
