I was hoping somebody from the plant or in the know could explain what’s happening, because I’ve never had issues like this with forwarding until now.

My route has a lot of snowbirds, at one point I had over 60 temp forwards. Now that they are coming back, a lot of them are complaining, or called while they were away to complain, that they never received any mail the months they were away. I have a lot of angry people looking for tax documents.

Along with them coming back, I’m starting to get all of their mail that I forwarded back with utf stickers on it. Not recent mail. Stuff that I sent 3 months ago is just now coming back with utf stickers on it.

In February, one of my HOA’s put out a 1st class addressed mailing. About half of them were for temporary forwards. Two weeks ago, I got a hod of handsorts from the plant that had all of those letters in it, no stickers or anything, just all of those letters I had forwarded months ago, looking like they had never been processed.

This is making us look very bad, like we can’t do our job, and I know this is happening to all the carriers in my office. So, what’s going on? Is there something that we, as carriers, can do to help our mail move properly?

Random transformer toy my 4 year old has, and neither my wife or I remember buying it. I’m fairly familiar with transformer/beast wars, at least from the 80’s and 90’s during my childhood, but I have been searching for hours to figure out the Identity of this toy. Also thrown off by the fact that it as an Autobot symbol on it.
