I am currently 0.6% away from a C+ in a course. Getting a C puts me at very high risk of having to repeat it due to EECS gpa requirements.

I got above the class average on every final exam/test except midterm 2 which I missed due to illness.

The weight was transferred to the final exam but most of the class failed. (Midterm 2 had a high average).

So basically anyone in my situation with extenuating circumstances for midterm 2, would have a 6% lower final grade than the rest of the class, assuming the exact same average performance on everything.

The professor won't round or award any more grades.

Is there anything that can be done here or did I just get unlucky?
