I am so sick of my cat being on the counters. He is 6 this year and has randomly picked it up again since being a kitten and I am over it.

There's never any food or dirty dishes up there, so he isn't getting rewarded. There's no windows for him to look out of and he has at least 3 cat trees and several other places to be king of the castle from. He is leash walked a few times a week plus hangs out in the yard (couple hours a week) and has a plethora of toys.

I have tried everything from the plastic bird deterrent spikes to cans of air to cookie sheets and tin foil. Dude does not give a shit and the minute I'm like "okay you're over it" and remove the thing (usually after 7-10 days) he is right back up there.
