I read this web comic at some point over the last decade and I remember it starts with her keeping her spheres hidden in a poster tube at her day job so no one notices them floating around her.
I think there were 7 in total that floating around her and to uae each power she had to hold one in her hand meaning she can only hold 2 at a time. I remember 1 gave her flight and a 2nd the ability to breathe in any location such as underwater and space by giving her a bubble of atmosphere around her, I think a 3rd one could teleport her but I forget the other powers and at least 1 hadnt been revealed the last time I read the comic online.
I think I remember her mentor had powers where she could turn gold and was basically invincible and also had purple hair.
One of the main antagonists was a lex luthor type villain with basically infinite money.
