Daisy mentions that Jehosheba's father created (one of) the Colonies. I recall that in THT Joseph Lawrence was the creator of the Colonies, or at least, that is what Eleanor says.

Or is this one of the cases where TT doesn't align with THT?

ETA: I looked up the specific episode in which Eleanor says this, which is S2E12. She says "He did something terrible. He came up with the whole thing." She follows that up with "The Colonies. He planned everything, he figured it all out."
