This is Ethiopia Konga Heirloom, natural processed.I brewed it with a three-stage pouring method:
13g coffee beans.
First, pour 32ml within 10 seconds and bloom for 35 seconds.
Second pour: 78ml.
Third pour: 98ml.
Total water: 208ml.
