I have a Porsche cayenne 2016 and want to upgrade the map / sat nav system so it can recognise new roundabouts roads etc

I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how what I need to buy exactly? I believe I need a disc to upgrade it, but I’m at a loss of what I specifically need
