Location: Florida
A stalker has filed a small claims court case against me and my husband (who has never met him) for gifts that were given many years ago. He wrote in his statement of claim that he wants his personal property back and wrote in his claim that it is based on the date in which I filed the Temporary Injunction for Stalking.
I have hired a lawyer and then he then voluntarily dismissed the case.
However, he wrote in his statement of claim many inflammatory statements about me and things that are false. Now it is public record. Is it possible to get this redacted?
