I tried to figure this out on my own, but last time I did it wrong and suffered from it, so I would appreciate the expert input.
Flying from Paris to Seattle (flight DL 81, A300-900neo). I am tall and have fairly wide shoulders. Right now I have selected Seat 42A, because of the unlimited legroom there.
However, last time I picked a similar seat, the cabin sidewall was bulking out in that specific seat, and for 9 hours, my left shoulder touched the sidewall, and my right shoulder touched the passenger next to me, and I just couldn't give him more space, and while he was polite, he surely wanted to strangle me.
Happy about any input for that issue. I attached the seatmap with the currently available seats. Thank you!
