Breach of fiduciary duty
Context:
I have been employed a year with this company . I withdrew from my 401k after a hardship need. My employer was using ADP prior to November of 2025, apparently the 401k/Roth IRA platforms have been changed unbeknownst to any employees. Any contributions I have made since then Nobember 2025 I have no idea where they are and the response I got is they switched platforms but I needed to wait basically for access. I enrolled for health insurance and have yet to have those deductions taken out of my check .
Is this considered breach of fiduciary duty and if so do you have any recommendations?
