After I filled those out, I got invited, and yeah, as with many surveys I've filled out, they required me to take a video survey. But after that, I got disqualified. Hi, I want to ask all of your opinions. I've just joined Prolific a week ago to participate in the studies. Everything was going well until I was participating in two studies from one researcher who rejected me, and you know what happened to my account? I got suspended for over 4 weeks doing nothing? I've already complained to the researcher why I was being rejected. But the researcher just answered my questions automatically. Because I feel like it's unfair for me, I reported to customer service about the researcher. I've been given the evidence to customer service (agent AI), and they said it will take time to review my case. I feel like it's unfair for me that I didn't do anything wrong. Is there anyone have a similar problem with me? How long your account take back from this? 🥲
