I pay extra while traveling for work for a Comfort ride so that I have a clean car and a quiet cool ride. Many times the car is not up to par smelling like weed or cigarettes, recently the driver also blasted music.

Would it be wrong to report the ride? I’m just tired of paying a premium for comfort that doesn’t meet the standards whatsoever. However I don’t want to affect a livelihood to the point that he can’t drive uber. It just shouldn’t be listed as comfort.
