I usually watch cdramas on netflix and they don't translate the songs.

I have seen a few clips on social where the songs in the background also get translated and it adds so much meaning to the scene.

Obviously there's a meticulous method of picking the right OSTs based on the story and scene. Is there a way to list the songs of a show and understand the context of the songs better.

I feel like my experience of the dramas is only limited to the translated dialogues and its incomplete.

But I'm finding it so difficult to finish the story of a pearl girl.

It started out really strong. The world building and character building was superb.

Should I power through? Does it get better?

(Honestly I'm only watching it for liu yuning 🙈
