Guys I am failing my board exams. I got 1.75 lakh rank in jee and will get IPU Colleges or Thapar. I need 60% for it.

I am getting 75 marks in English. Can I TOC (Transfer of Credit) that subject and give ODE of other four in June?

Can I expect the result by July?

Please let me know if this it legal.
