Had first ever flare back in August '25 and surgery exactly 3 months later in November '25 (L5/S1). I'm now* 6 months post op and I am really struggling; I'm still not even close to being able to do a heel raise on the affected side.

Words of encouragement or success stories needed for my mental health!

Hello! I had a microdiscectomy a little over 5 months ago and feel like I'm ready to go back into (hot) yoga! Anyone out there go back this soon?
