Looking at a 900 sq ft condo in Chicago. Realtor said these are maple hardwood floors. Are they always this color when refinished or can that be lightened and less yellow? If some boards are bad or if I changed the footprint of the kitchen island, can new boards be put in and blended with the refinishing or does it require 100 redo? Thank you
