wanna study BSc Electrical Engineering

there is basically no EE opportunities in pakistan outside of military so obviously wanna leave, also preferabely don't wanna settle in gulf as I grew up there and I don't really like the GCC life

Are universities in Turkey or Malaysia more "recognised" in the west? I can pretty much get into any university in those countries other than the UK and Australia ones as those are a bit expensive

My goal is to permanently move to the west so what would be the best option for me?
