Found these 2 budget blades at Walmart this morning. $13 for both. I know that they're not the best knives but you can't beat this for the money!!

Picked this watch up today at a Walmart. I'm thinking it's a good deal! Any thoughts on this one? Also, I'm not sure how to adjust the band,? I need to take a link out of it. Any ideas!?
