Very weird benne place in ghatkopar

so i went to try benne for the first time in this benne place in ghatkopar, firstly it was very small even 10 people can't stand comfortably, the owner and the staff seemed very un-interested in acknowledging customers , it was a self service place like a canteen system they prep and keep your order on the counter, we ordered dosas and coffee they forgot our coffee order, and got this when I posted a review 🤣

also is benne dosa supposed to be sweet?
