I am looking for tips/advice on eating healthier and starting a workout plan. For the past few months I’ve been getting sober and now i want to start better eating habits and build more body muscle. I have a high body fat percentage and very little muscle. Im guess I’m just asking for meal ideas and how to start a workout plan
