Enterprise with 56k in earnings onboarding a new creator & looking for lots of chatters + Reddit VA's (Hiring)
Hey everyone — I don’t usually make posts like this, but since I’m onboarding a new creator and my current team is pretty much fully booked, I figured it’s time to bring in a couple more people outside my usual circle. I’ll attach a screenshot of our numbers (56k so far this month) just so people know this is a legit agency and not one of those “make easy money fast” scams.
Right now we’re looking for several chatters and Reddit VAs. Mainly people who can hold natural conversations, post consistently, boost engagement, and manage profiles without sounding robotic or copy-pasted. The work is remote, flexible, and long term if you’re actually reliable.
You don’t need a ton of experience, but you do need good written English (constant typos are an instant pass), common sense, consistency, and the ability to learn our systems quickly. Chatters are paid percentage-based — usually around 10–15% depending on performance — and Reddit VAs get fixed pay + bonus opportunities.
We’re not trying to build a massive team, just looking for a couple solid people who want to grow with us long term. If you’re lazy or inconsistent, this probably won’t work out. But if you’re good at what you do, there’s definitely room to grow here.
