Just did my self evaluation and ranked myself mostly A’s unlike last time where I graded myself C’s and was demolition and given mostly D’s. My coworkers think I’m bold and courageous.

The way I see it, when I sit down with my SM, she will already have my grades locked in so why not shoot for the stars and have the full confidence of a middle aged white man?

Curious to know how others grade themselves as this review processes has now been in effect for a year.
