I need some advice.

I (26F, INFJ) lost my best friend of 8 years (26F, ENTP) because of her boyfriend. Long story short, I told her that he hit on me. He’s genuinely an asshole, it’s more about his character than anything personal towards me.

After that, my best friend distanced herself from me and decided to prioritise her relationship. I don’t hold any resentment towards her, even though it hurts a lot. She will always hold a special place in my heart. However, she completely shut me out to the point of not even looking at what I post.

Her birthday is coming up soon, and I don’t know whether I should message her or just respect her space and stay silent.
