So hungry, HELP!
I broke through what felt like a year long plateau in the gym. Now, I’m lifting more than ever, gains are more than ever. But I cannot get full, I am hungry constantly and I don’t know what to do. Right now I’m eating
Wake up
Banana, and a protein shake
Lift heavy
First meal- 6oz of chicken breast, broccoli, and 1.5-2 cups white rice
Snack- protein bar and apple
Second lunch- 6oz of chicken breast, broccoli, and 1.5-2 cups of white rice.
And then whatever for dinner (which I’m not worried about because I’m not hungry after that point)
For context I’m 5’9 195lbs about 15%BF
Lift heavy 4x a week, with 3 -15 min incline cardio sessions, 1 night of rigorous basketball a week.
Please help, I’m sooooo hungry !!!
