Hello. My husband and I met online in 2020. We married in America in January of this year and have been looking into routes of being together. Ultimately we want to live together in Canada, we were initially thinking outbound but we dont want to wait too long to be together and I live in a very rural town with an inability to drive and being together while getting this process done would wayy easier. We are thinking of me entering with him into Canada under the auto 6 month visitor visa and then applying for inbound from within. We are super new to everything and want to do it all legally and maintain a legal status. He has stable income and we will be living with his parents until I can find a job and we can find a place. His parents are great and fully on board. We are just not sure we're to start, what to be aware of and what to do first. We plan to have a consultation with a lawyer to get better advice but in the meantime I figured id reach out on here and get some as well
