Swollen lymph nodes over the years, have neck lymph nodes swollen for 12 years, supraclavicular on both sides for 6 years and recently groin for an year

never head biopsy

cancer markers came neg, inflamation marker neg

chest xray, ecg, abdomen usg all normal

usg on lymph nodes benign

Lately I feel like it could be cancer. but for this long

I am 29 now
