Just got off the phone w SNHU and thought I’d share what happened. My book voucher is normally $200 but this semester it’s $100. Well the book I need costs $153 for a physical copy and $65 for digital. I like to get both. Well I called and asked what happened and why the amount is different this time. I was put on hold twice, but ultimately they are going to send me a voucher in the next 3-5 days to cover the whole $218. Ask and you shall receive (sometimes lol)
