Why are investors suddenly focusing on Ghaziabad commercial real estate in 2026?
Lately I’ve been noticing that more people are talking about Ghaziabad whenever NCR commercial property investment comes up.
A few years ago most discussions were only around Gurgaon or Noida, but now developing areas near Hindon Airport and newer retail zones in Ghaziabad seem to be getting serious attention from investors.
I think one reason is that prices are still comparatively lower while infrastructure and connectivity are improving pretty fast. High-street retail projects and organized commercial spaces also seem to be growing a lot there.
