(first pic was from april 22 and second pic is may 3).

my 10 month old frenchie has been getting really bad allergies. He’s been itching at his face and his wrinkles to the point where he was drawing blood. I first noticed it April 22 but today (may 3) I noticed a little bit crust and it more swollen. I’ve been wiping his face with CHG wipes twice a day and putting wrinkle balm on it. im worried if it’s a fungal or bacterial infection but im not sure if i can treat this at home or need to go to vet.
