Guys, I’m leaving Dubai and need to issue a Power of Attorney for my friend to do the transfer of the car on my behalf.

Can I do the POA after I leave Dubai or do I need to be in Dubai to issue? I know they do via Zoom; so maybe I can issue while I’m sitting abroad.

Another question, anything else I should be aware of for the procedure of transfer of the car?
