Reading it on twitter and it refreshed. It’s on AO3 though.

The premise is Sasuke and Sakura are traveling, she finds out she’s pregnant.

They stay at an old woman’s house named “Ita-San” that calls Sasuke “Sasuke-Chan”

Sasuke finds out Sakura is pregnant because he noticed the babies chakra. He proposes and they get married in a secluded shrine. “Ita-San” also gifts them kimonos for their wedding.

He gives her a fan from his mother, the last chapter I read before it refreshed they were about to go to the shrine and they kissed.

A long time ago I used to watch a fan edit/compilation of iZone members trying and failing speaking in a different language. I think the original creator deleted their channel but maybe someone reuploaded it?
