I have tried manually installing optiscaler, but the moment I select fsr3.x, it rolls back to fsr 2. I then removed optiscaler and tried to fiddle with env variables, but no matter what I do, it never seems to work. Is this possible in the first place? I was able use fsr 4 easily on w11. I am willing to do anything except go back to windows.
I have stellar blade installed through wine in lutris which runs perfectly fine, but cant get fsr 4 upsacler to work with it. I installed optiscaler manually, but it refuses to use fsr 3.x, and falls back to fsr 2. I have been trying different env variables but cant seem to get it right. I have tried to install optiscaler through normal installation(copying optiscaler files into game files). While optisclaer is installed properly, the moment I change upsclaer to fsr 3.x, it immediately reverts back to fsr2. I have tried setting various environment variables (proton_enablefsr4 and etc..) in system options but none of them work. What are the exact steps I am supposed to follow?
