My hair is so thin and wispy, how can I make it thick and full? It is especially bad towards my hairline where my part is.

I currently do not use any hair oils, and I wash my hair only every 3 or 4 days. Regardless of whether I brush or not my, hair is just so wispy, and I am looking for advice on how to fix this.
