Non-believers develop morality that's not influenced by power
Christianity morality is seen as valuable since it claims to be from a powerful God.
A non-believer doesn't have any power to point to when it comes to morality. However that's why it's valuable. It ignores the concept of power and directly addresses morality based on goodness.
