In Heores 2-7 i almost always get economy first, since everything cost gold (exceptions of small or rich maps). But here i am not sure. Going full gold for cities upgrades makes me weak or at least i feel as such. No boost from Law, no upgraded spells. But i just cant get an optimal tactic. What do you all prioritise? Gold, Law, Observatory, unit rush? Just wanna hear your thoughts.
