Hi,

I'm 3 days in Nice visiting friends and I wanted to throw some football (not soccer, american football) with a friend.

I've noticed that Garden Albert Ier is always empty, there is no grass and there was no sign to indicate that playing was prohibited.

But I’d rather ask, just in case there’s a general law in France/Nice I’m not aware of.
