Getting back to running after taking a few months off. I ran a marathon in November at about a 9:30 pace but have done very little running since. Does anyone have any training plan recs for returning? I am currently doing the “Build good habits“ plan but I find the slow threshold pace on every single run challenging to hold myself to (feel free to call me out if that’s just something I should get used to). any advice or opinion welcome! thanks!
