Messed up statics final and ended with a D+ due to the pass requirement. Will I get accepted into my first choice major (MechE)? I was thinking of doing my second choice electrical instead can I match into that?

Can anyone tell me what the course is like in the summer? Are the tutorials mandatory? Thanks.
