Anyone else had starvation ketoacidosis after their sleeve?
Hi yall I am almost 7 weeks post op and just got out of the ER for dehydration and starvation ketoacidosis. The doctor told me to start working more carbs and sugar back into my diet to stall the ketosis and fat loss but I’m scared of dumping syndrome lol. Has anyone else had starvation ketoacidosis after surgery?
