Wanted to post this early in case it helps anyone planning for fall quarter housing.
I have a master bedroom available around August, with the lease running through early November (11/8). Move-in timing is flexible as well if someone is looking to move in earlier during the summer.
The room has:

- walk-in closet
- access to a very clean apartment/community
The complex itself has a really nice overall vibe with great amenities including:
- beautiful pool
- gym
- lounge/common areas
It’s also walking distance from the Irvine Spectrum area with easy access to UCI, shopping, food, beaches, and freeways.
Rent is about $1,875 before utilities.
Could be a really good short-term option for someone still figuring out fall housing, internships, transfers, or wanting extra breathing room before committing somewhere long term.
Mainly just trying to connect early with people who may be interested around that timeframe so nobody has to scramble last second before fall starts.
