Is my Anthurium sick? What to do

My anthurium has these weird spots on the leaves, which eventually turns into brown spots. I have cut away the brown spot on the biggest leaf in an attempt to stop it from spreading, but I see that all the leaves have beginning spots on the back. I am a plant beginner, please help me what should I do? I water it approximately once a week when the top soil is dry, and it is in a window facing north-west so minimal direct sunlight
