Do you guys think this would be a decent option? In my area, it seems to be very competitive with no open spots. Should I just get on every agencies eligibility list in my area for a decent shot?

For my state, 14:00 is the max time you can take for the 1 1/2 mile run. Still have a little over 4 weeks until test day. I wonder what my time will be come June!
