2001 Buick 100k miles but smelling a lot of oil when stopping, have had it for about a day haven’t had a chance to look at much, any thoughts?

I haven’t had much time with the car and didn’t get a chance to look it over too in depth (I got it for nothing) just looking for any thoughts on what it could be at this point, the oil level hasn’t changed after driving for a day and there was no oil pooled under the car after sitting all day in the driveway.. 2001 Buick la Sabre automatic 103,000 miles
